DULUTH, Minn., June 21, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IKONICS Corporation (Nasdaq:IKNX), a Duluth-based imaging and materials technology company, today announced it will be added to the Russell Microcap(R) Index, effective at the close of the market on June 28, 2013.

The Russell Microcap Index measures the performance of the microcap segment of the U.S. equity market.
