Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer had some interesting run-ins at the company's annual shareholder meeting Tuesday.

The encounters ranged from getting criticized by Walmart employees to receiving advances from a shareholder.

During the Q&A, an older gentleman took the microphone to tell Mayer she was looking good.

"I'm Greek and I'm a dirty old man, and you look attractive," he said. He quickly moved on to complain about the board's not returning cash to shareholders and to inquire about the company's chance of being a takeover target—as well as Mayer's decision to ban working from home.

A handful of current and former Walmart employees also addressed the executive, who is on Walmart's board, asking why she wasn't a better advocate for them.

Mayer politely declined to comment on the matter during the meeting.
