TACOMA, Wash., July 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Proctor Chiropractic announced Dr. Perry Chinn's joining of the clinic's North Tacoma location. He is a well-known Tacoma chiropractor who has 26 years of chiropractic experience. Dr. Chinn is also a wellness speaker, the co-creator of Acctrix, a published author, and an avid bicyclist. At the office, he will continue providing chiropractic services for pain management, injury rehabilitation, whole body health, worker's compensation, and auto accident care.
Proctor Chiropractic is glad to have Dr. Chinn join their wellness team. "We are honored to welcome Dr. Chinn to our Tacoma practice," says Dr. George Keogh. "Dr. Chinn has dedicated his career to advancing patient health through innovative treatments and nutritional care. He is a tremendous addition to our practice."
Dr. Chinn received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 1986. Following his graduation, he began his chiropractic career in Enumclaw and later Seattle.
In 2011, his accomplishments continued to grow. The chiropractor took a brief break from private practice in order to focus on his cardiovascular health supplement line, Acctrix, which he co-created.
"I am excited to return to private practice and continue helping patients in need," says Dr. Chinn. "There are few things as rewarding as helping an individual overcome chronic pain and illness through chiropractic care and nutritional counseling." Dr. Chinn uses the advanced Gonstead technique, a five step system to diagnose and correct spinal misalignments. "I truly believe in the body's ability to heal itself, and through whole body care, I can help make this possible for our patients."
When not at the office, Dr. Chinn is active in the local community. The Tacoma Chiropractor holds leadership positions on the Rotary Club, Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce, and for the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society.
Last year, Dr. Chinn released the third edition of his second book, Symphony of Wellness, centering on holistic health and wellness care. "I strongly believe in the power of nutrition and wellness care to prevent chronic illness," said Dr. Chinn. "My latest book focuses on the Nobel-winning discovery of the importance of L-arginine in nitric oxide production for cardiovascular vitality, immune function, neurological health, and a host of other benefits."
Dr. Chinn is currently working towards the 173 mile bike ride supporting the Courage Classic which benefits children affected by abuse and neglect. Proctor Chiropractic will be accepting donations for Dr. Chinn's cause on July 11th and 18th.
At Proctor Chiropractic, Dr. Chinn uses his well-developed knowledge and skills to provide pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and wellness care. Prospective patients may schedule a chiropractic appointment with Dr. Chinn through the website at: www.ProctorChiropractic.com.
