Delisting of Securities of Central European Distribution Corporation, DayStar Technologies, Inc., Dialogic, Inc., and Granite City Food and Brewery Ltd. From The NASDAQ Stock Market

NEW YORK, July 8, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Central European Distribution Corporation. Central European Distribution Corporation's stock was suspended on April 12, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of DayStar Technologies, Inc. DayStar Technologies, Inc.'s stock was suspended on April 12, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Dialogic, Inc. Dialogic, Inc.'s stock was suspended on April 17, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Granite City Food And Brewery Ltd. Granite City Food And Brewery Ltd.'s stock was suspended on April 26, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
