Hill International Names Nine New Vice Presidents

MARLTON, N.J., July 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that the company has hired or promoted nine executives to the position of Vice President.

James Ardito, of Hill's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, has joined the company's Project Management Group as Vice President. Ardito has more than 25 years of experience developing business for the design and construction industry in multiple geographic and industry markets. Prior to joining Hill, he was Director of Business Development with HDR. Ardito studied at Drexel University.

Michael Buonvino, of Hill's Washington, DC office, has been promoted to Vice President with the company's Project Management Group. Buonvino has more than 30 years of construction experience in the energy, commercial, museums, sports, hospitality, residential and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Hill, he was an Urban Planning and Design Director with Fluor-IAP Worldwide Services. Buonvino holds a B.S. in architecture from Hill University.

Sayed H. Hashemyan, PE, of Hill's Kabul, Afghanistan office, has been promoted to Vice President with the company's Project Management Group. Hashemyan has more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in the transportation sector. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Resident Engineer with the California Department of Transportation. Hashemyan holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Kabul University and is a registered Professional Engineer in California.

Daniel J. Heilig, of Hill's Denver, Colorado office, has joined the company's Project Management Group as Vice President. Heilig has more than 30 years of program, project and construction management experience in the transportation, oil and gas, power, mining and federal sectors. Prior to joining Hill, he was Vice President with CH2M Hill. Heilig holds a B.S. in civil and structural engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

Andrew J. Kreck, PE, CCM, of Hill's San Francisco, California office, has joined the company's Project Management Group as Vice President. Kreck has more than 22 years of experience managing major transportation projects throughout California. Prior to joining Hill, he was Office Leader for Construction Services with HNTB and before that he was a Senior Transportation Engineer for the California Department of Transportation. Kreck holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Drexel University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California as well as a Certified Construction Manager.

Jonathan D. Liebe, of Hill's Phoenix, Arizona office, has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the company's subsidiary MyLCM Solutions, Inc. Liebe has more than 18 years of experience providing information technology services on transit, aviation and life science projects. Prior to joining Hill, Liebe was a Project Manager with Amgen, Inc. He studied at California Lutheran University and Santa Barbara City College.

Edward C. Newman III, PE, CCM, LEED AP, of Hill's Washington, DC office, has joined the company's Project Management Group as Vice President. Newman has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Hill, he was Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Area Manager for Heery International. Newman holds a B.S. in civil engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania, a Certified Construction Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Dong In (Ryan) Oh, of Hill's Seoul, Korea office, has been promoted to Vice President with the company's Project Management Group. Oh has over six years of experience in accounting and marketing. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Branch Manager with Star Image. Oh holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Arizona.

Huey Y. Siah, PMP, of Hill's Irvine, California office, has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the company's subsidiary MyLCM Solutions, Inc. Siah has more than 12 years of experience in the information technology field. Prior to joining Hill, he was a Manager of Specialized Services with Hitachi Consulting. Siah earned his B.S. in computer science from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from INSEAD.
