GroveWare is a Verizon Wireless Business Solutions Alliance Partner receiving the certification and endorsement of Verizon for promotion to its nationwide enterprise customer base. Verizon has already delivered dozens of key introductions to many of their major clients. Over the past few months, the Company has commenced an association with a large number of clients and potential clients implementing both production and trial solutions. GroveWare and Verizon Wireless are currently co-operating with over 100 new client initiatives including potential customers ranging from small plumbing and HVAC contractors to the U.S. Army and delivered a contract with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The USDA initiative has led to a series of presentations to dozens of departments and agencies in various U.S. states and we have strong expectations for considerable follow-on contracts and revenue. Also during of this year, GroveWare has been successful in launching implementations with New York State's Department of Health and the State of South Carolina. The Company's management believes that, primarily through the active promotion by the over 5,000 strong Verizon sales and technical sales organization, its MobiTask™ subscription sales will expand rapidly through this carrier channel to almost 50,000 per year by 2015.

Over the past six months, and by working closely with its channel partners, most specifically, Verizon Wireless, GroveWare has enjoyed tremendous success in over two dozen pilot projects with several federal, state and local government departments and agencies and a wide selection of large and small businesses in the construction, property management, logistics, engineering, education, healthcare, law enforcement and transportation sectors.
