(the "Company") (NYSE MKT:EVBN), a community financial services company serving Western New York since 1920, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per share on its outstanding common stock, an 8% increase from its previous $0.24 per share accelerated dividend paid on December 31, 2012. This dividend equates to a current annualized yield of 2.8%. The dividend is payable on October 9, 2013 to shareholders of record as of September 18, 2013.
