Wells Fargo and FHLB Dallas Announce $20K Partnership Grant to NewLife Homes

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Sept. 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Please join representatives from Wells Fargo and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) as they present a $20,000 Partnership Grant Program (PGP) award to NewLife Homes.

NewLife Homes will use the grant to help fund a service coordinator position for several of its properties, including Luna Lodge, a 30-unit affordable housing development in Albuquerque that caters to homeless persons and individuals with special needs.

NewLife Homes provides affordable, supportive housing to low-income families, particularly those with physical and mental disabilities and those who have experienced homelessness.

FHLB Dallas awarded $225,000 in grants through its PGP this year. The grants provide funding for the operational needs of community-based organizations involved in affordable housing and community development.
