Fed's Kohn Says Markets Priced For Economic Stability

Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Donald Kohn said on Wednesday that U.S. financial markets appear to be priced for a "very stable outlook."

"The markets are priced for a very benign situation," Kohn told the Exchequer Club in response to a question. He added he expects that global imbalances will work themselves out.

"My expectation is that all these things will work themselves out," Kohn said.
