This weekend marks "Selection Sunday." It's the unofficial start of the NCAA's March Madness, and for most, the "unofficial" start of the office pool.
So what's the way to win it?
CNBC's Darren Rovell is readying for his own March Madness and has the breakdown.
Darren says do it yourself, don't listen to the pundits. They will confuse you.
Also, it's the final 4 –- that's where you will win it all.
And don't pick a seed that's any lower than 4. The last 18 final four champions have been seeded 4 or higher.
Dylans asks the guys for picks.
Guy Adami predicts Georgetown will play Texas A&M in the final.
Jeff Macke says he's picking Louisville.
Tim Strazzini wants UF but his secret pick is Kansas.
Jon Najarian says Wisconsin is going to be the team to beat. They're the real deal.
And on Monday -- Fast Money is launching a new competition called March Money Madness where the stocks battle it out. Stay tuned.
