Tim Strazzini likes them both. As the NYSE gets their house in order they're going to do great, but Tim thinks MS is a better stock.
Jeff Macke says the NYSE has much more upside than MS and he picks NYSE.
Eric Bolling goes against the exchange, he likes MS. Guy Adami says NYSE shares have been pushed down too far, and he give them his vote.
