Hey folks. Here's our update on stock performance--as of the close on Tuesday, 3/27. Most of the names are familiar but there are some new ones (GME) that are having an impact. Fremont General may have run its course as it falls out of the most widely held stocks. News seems to have an impact so you might want to keep an eye on earnings, upgrades and business news. Best Performing Trades By % Gain from Monday's close to Tuesday's close:
CV Therapeutics: If you bought on Monday at $6.75 and held/sold on Tuesday with a close of $7.96, the contestant gained 17.93% on the trade. News was that its angina drug Ranexa may be able to offer a broader use based on favorable data.
Regeneron Pharma: If you bought on Monday at $19.15 and held/sold on Tuesday with a close of $22, the contestant gained 14.88%. On positive study results for its experimental eye drug.
Gamestop: If you bought on Monday at $27.97, and held/sold on Tuesday with a close of $31.16, the contestant gained 11.41%. The stock closed at an all-time high today on positive earnings news.
Synchronoss Technologies: One of the worst performing trades Tuesday, but if you bought at the low on Monday of $15.07 and held/sold Tuesday with a close of $16.2, the contestant made 7.52%.

Technical Olympics USA: If you bought on Monday at $4.37 and held/sold on Tuesday with a close of $3.88, you lost 11.21%. Its bonds plunged more than 6 pts today, on the heels of negative earnings on 3/19.
Fremont General: If you bought on Monday at $8.15 and held/sold on Tuesday with a close of $7.55, you lost 7.36% as many subprime lenders continue to spiral downwards.
