No. 2 - BlackBerry vs. iPhone

Bring It On Apple. Research in Motion Expected to Post Blackberry Blowout Sales Next Week

Next week, the company that makes BlackBerry, appears poised to announce blowout earnings and the stock is near record highs. That comes in sharp contrast to January, when investors widely believed the new iPhone would eclipse the competition, including BlackBerry. So what happens in June when the iPhone hits the market?

Pete Najarian says Palm (PALM) is dead. He bought a smartphone and threw it into the garbage. Pete also doesn’t like Motorola (MOT).

By contrast, Pete says, the BlackBerry is called a Crack-Berry for a reason. It’s addictive. Between Research In Motion (RIMM) and Apple (AAPL) he thinks RIMM is the better buy.

Guy Adami says RIMM’s quarter is going to be a monster quarter.

Eric Bolling says RIMM owns the e-mail space. They have 50% of the business traffic. He recommends owning both RIMM and AAPL before and after their earnings.
