Credit Suisse has signed up as the first global commercial partner for CNBC International's new Worldwide Exchange programme, complementing the launch of its new Credit Suisse brand in 2006.
The Credit Suisse campaign, which starts on January 16, 2006, launches on air as CNBC's new global programme, Worldwide Exchange, gets in to its stride. Worldwide Exchange is the first truly global daily news programme, with anchors in London, Singapore and New York. The programme delivers in-depth analysis of world-wide trends which are influencing those who are investing across international markets.
Credit Suisse will have commercial spots across the entire CNBC global network - CNBC, CNBC Europe and CNBC Asia - during the breaks in Worldwide Exchange, which airs simultaneously around the world; 10am-12noon CET (9am-11am UK); 4am-6am ET in the US and 5pm-7pm SING in Asia. This will be enhanced in Asia and the US, where Credit Suisse has lead sponsorship of the programme and 'tune in' promotional spots running throughout each week.
Charles Naylor, Head of Corporate Communications at Credit Suisse said: "It is extremely important that our re-branding campaign is communicated effectively and efficiently to our stakeholders globally. CNBC offers the ideal environment for us to reach our audience and leverage the Credit Suisse heritage as well as communicate our new direction."
