Zurich Financial Services Group (Zurich), the insurance-based financial services provider with a global network of subsidiaries and offices, has signed up as sponsor for CNBC Europe’s new weekly series of five minute programmes called Change Reaction: Stories from the frontlines.
The new series runs for 10 weeks and looks at how companies have responded rapidly to major business challenges or a changing business environment.
Each programme, which will be hosted by CNBC Europe’s market reporter Anna Martin, will feature compelling stories from top business leaders who have rapidly adapted their business to a change in market conditions. The programme considers the strategies, the risks and the consequences of their decisions.
The first programme features an interview with Innocent Drinks founder Adam Balon, who talks about the major obstacles he overcame when starting his business. Other business leaders interviewed will include SpiralFrog CEO, Robin Kent, Esprit CEO, Heinz Krogner and Alisdair Gray, Director of the British Retail Consortium.
The programme’s theme appealed to Zurich, whose current brand campaign uses the tagline, Because change happenz. E. Randall Clouser, Group Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Communications at Zurich said, “This new programme complements our current brand positioning and actually brings it to life with real examples of how businesses constantly adapt to change.
