The headline: Share of Citigroup (C), The Largest U.S. Bank, Fall Despite Plan To Cut 17,000 Jobs

The word: Guy Adami says the company needs to focus on generating revenue not cutting jobs. He recommends owning Bank of American (BAC) over this stock. Tim Strazzini sees Citi as a long term play and tells investors they can buy anytime after the stock hits $50.
