The word: Tim Strazzini says the numbers show they were able to work off inventory and maintain pricing power.

ODE TO TOYS:

The news: Hasbro (HAS) Shares Climb 8% as Toy Maker Trumps Analysts' Expectations
The word: Jeff Macke says all the Spider-Man toys coming this summer makes him like the name and recommends investors get long. Jeff also likes Mattel (MAT) in the space.



THE AG PLAY REAPS RESULTS:

The news: Fast Money “Ag Play” Hits All-Time High
In case you don’t remember the Ag play is made up of 4 stocks recommended by Eric Bolling in the agricultural space; Monstanto (MON), Agrium (AGU), Deere & Co (DE) and Bunge (BG)
The word: Eric Bolling says these stocks are kicking, but can’t figure out why -- other than to say the agri-business is in great shape.

NOT SO SCIENTIFIC:

The news: Boston Scientific Corp.(BSX) Reported Lower Earnings Due To The Acquisition of Guidant And Weaker Sales
The word: Guy Adami says sales of drug-coated stents were down – and thinks the company could draw interest from private equity.

AMGEN’S PRESCRIPTION:

The news: Amgen (AMGN) Rose Nearly 1% After-Hours As Positive News On Two Drugs Tempered Concerns Over Declines Expected In Future Sales
The word: Tim Strazzini says these earnings were great and he explains profit edged higher on increased sales of its anemia and arthritis drugs. He adds that he would buy the stock, but would prefer it below $60.

JONES SODA GOES FLAT:

The news: Jones Soda (JSD) Goes Flat After Downgrade
The word: Jeff Macke says the stock should come back and recommends buying it at $25. He adds JSD could be a takeover candidate.
