No.1 - Yahoo! Showdown Tuesday

Terry Semel will likely be taking on Yahoo! (YHOO) shareholders Tuesday at the company’s annual meeting. Yahoo has slipped behind Google (GOOG) as a perennial second and many feel Semel is overcompensated. What will the Yahoo! Chief do to fend off his critics?

Jeff Macke says YHOO stock is down 10% over the last year. He adds Terry Semel made $107 million last year and both issues won’t go over well with shareholders. Expect fireworks.

The rest of the guys agree – Tuesday meeting will be ugly.
