British budget airline easyJet said Monday it exercised options to buy 35 more A319 aircraft from Airbus.
Delivery of the planes is due in 2011 and 2012, the airline said.
With 105 of the planes already in the easyJet fleet, the move raises the airline's total orders for Airbus planes to 227. It has options to buy as many as 315.
easyJet has negotiated "substantial price concessions" from the list price of $44.2 million (32.8 million euros) per plane, the company said.
