Ford North American Sales Chief to Retire

Ford Motoron Thursday said Francisco Codina, the automaker's North American sales and marketing chief, will retire on Nov. 1 after a 30-year career with Ford.

Ford is beginning an immediate search for his replacement, the company said in a statement.

Also, John Parker, head of the automaker's Asia Pacific and Africa region, and Michael Bannister, chairman and chief executive of its finance arm, have been elected as executive vice presidents, the company said.
