Carl Icahn Comments on the State of the Market on CNBC's "Fast Money"

Carl Icahn: I think this market is sort of on a precipice, it could go either way- you sort of have a credit crunch, and if you remember in 1990 nobody realized the manifestations that credit crunch would have, it took about a year. I'm not saying we wont get out of it, but it gotta tell you we have to be extremely careful- when you have one of these crunches, it takes all the king's horses and all the king's men and they still cant turn it around again.
