The headline: PetroChina (PTR) Market Value Tops $1 Trillion In Shanghai Trading Debut, Surpassing Exxon (XOM).

But the news was mostly bad out of the Far East explains Dylan Ratigan. The Hang Seng Index plunged the most since 9/11 as mainland investors may have to wait to buy Hong Kong Stocks.

Guy Adami tells the panel Warren Buffet sold his shares of PTR. “That says something!” Adami also feels Exxon is expensive but Chevron (CVX) is getting interesting.
