JW Construction owner sees much better profit next year than in 2007

WARSAW (Thomson Financial) - Poland's largest homebuilder JW Construction expects its 2008 earnings to be "significantly better" than the 146.5 mln zlotys forecast for this year, its majority owner Jozef Wojciechowski told daily Rzeczpospolita in an interview.

"This year we will fulfil our promise (about profit forecast)," Wojciechowski, who holds about 80 pct stake in the company, told the newspaper.

"I cannot give our forecast for 2008 yet, but it will be significantly better than this year." The company is to release its third-quarter earnings tomorrow.
