European Shares Expected to Open Higher, Oil Eyed

European shares were set to open higher on Monday, tracking gains in the United States, as oil moved towards $95 and the thin corporate and macroeconomic calendars offered few cues.

Bookmakers expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open up 17 to 24 points, Germany's DAX up 25 to 38 points and France's CAC up 15 to 28 points.
