Debbie Gore, Executive Chef at TurboChef Technologies (OVEN) cooks a turkey for the traders in 42 minutes. How did she do it?

Gore explains that the TurboChef SpeedCook, which retails for $7,895 is a double wall oven that is 15 times faster than conventional ovens.

It uses patented airspeed technology to rapidly circulate air which can brown, sear and caramelize food. And there’s a little bit of microwave assist, which keeps meat moist, she adds.

In case you’re wondering, TurboChef ovens cook a pizza in 2 minutes, and a rack of lamb in 4 minutes.
