Gore explains that the TurboChef SpeedCook, which retails for $7,895 is a double wall oven that is 15 times faster than conventional ovens.
It uses patented airspeed technology to rapidly circulate air which can brown, sear and caramelize food. And there’s a little bit of microwave assist, which keeps meat moist, she adds.
