Best of Times for Buffett-Style Value Buying?

"Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy only when others are fearful." That's the classic advice from Warren Buffett. This morning on CNBC's Squawk Box, Becky Quick spoke with Oak Value Fund co-manager Larry Coats, Jr., who is a long-time Buffett-style investor.

The main question: With stock prices down and increased worries on Wall Street, is it now time for value investors to be greedy? Coats has some stock picks to share.
