Curtis from LA

Curtis writes, Karen, are you still long Goldman (GS) and short Lehman (LEH) or has it changed? And will the trade still work or is it too late?

I am still long GS and short Lehman, explains Karen Finerman, and I think you can still get in. The next catalyst will be Lehman earnings and I’m betting that LEH comes clean on their subprime exposure when they report earnings on December 13th. (That would likely send the stock lower.)

Tony from New Jersey

Since your segment on UPS (UPS) a few week back, it appears (the stock) is going south. Will UPS continue delivering down a dead-end?

I think the “tell” for UPS will be Christmas, says Guy Adami. If Amazon (AMZN) does well UPS should do well, too.

John from California

John writes, “What’s up with Vodaphone (VOD)? Especially while most worldwide cell plays seem quite attractive?”

I don’t see where growth is going to come from for Vodaphone, says Pete Najarian. Instead I like China Mobile (CHL).
