Lightning Round: Dell, Devon, Ford and More

Hewitt Associates : “I think it’s a good company.” Because it’s tied to employment, investors might sell it, but Cramer said he likes it for the long term. Just don’t buy it all at once.

Dell : “I see very, very little upside in Dell.” Don’t buy, Cramer said.

Philips Electronics : Cramer likes European markets than American, so PHG is a good stock to own.

Ford : Investors should own the preferred stock, not the common, Cramer said.

Devon Energy : Cramer said he likes Devon, and he recommended buying the stock as it declines.

Abaxis : Take profits, Cramer said. The diagnostics business is good, but it’s too risky right now.

Fuel Tech :Foster Wheeler’s a better pick, Cramer said. And so is Devon.

Procter & Gamble : If the stock drops to $65, Cramer thinks PG’s a buy.

First Solar : With Wall Street speculating that oil will come down, alternative energy isn’t the sector to be in, Cramer said. But for Homegamers who want FSLR, he recommended buying in increments as the price comes down.

PPL Corp : “A total, unequivocal winner,” Cramer called PPL. Exelon’s a good pick, too.
