Financials

You might say Goldman Sachs has the midas touch especially in their ability to steer clear of the subprime slime. As a result, they took down one of the brightest names on the Street, JP Morgan.

And you can’t beat experience; so it’s no surprise Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway led his team to victory over Mastercard in a split-decision.

Commodities & Industrials

Demand for copper led Freeport McMoRan to a decisive victory over refiner Valero, which seemed to run out of gas.

Despite speculation it’s a takeover target, Alcoa couldn’t take-out Caterpillar who advanced for strong ties to explosive growth in China.
