Billionaire investor Wilbur Ross declined to comment Wednesday on rumors he is considering a bit for Satyam Computer Services.
In an interview on CNBC, Ross said Satyam is "an interesting company," but declined to comment more fully on any speculation he is considering an offer.
"All companies in India require you to sign confidentiality (agreements). So I really can't discuss it," Ross said. (To hear the full interview, click here.)
There have been reports in the Economic Times that four suitors have completed due diligence for possible bids on Satyam.
