At the time he said, “Let me tell you something, Applied Materials jumped into this field a couple of years ago, and they've already sold $3 billion worth of solar products. So they're ahead of the game. They projected in two years solar will be 20%-30% of their revenue stream, so that’s why Applied Materials is pretty interesting.”
Things are looking pretty sunny for Najarian. Shares of Applied Materials are up 10% since the call with demand at the company’s alternative energy division leading to a higher forecast.
On July 15th the Liquidator sensed a BlackBerry bounce was in the cards. At the time he said, “I, myself, I bought Research In Motion today. Down at $102, $103 I'll take it.”
