CNBC TO BROADCAST SPECIAL LIVE PROGRAMMING "CNBC SPECIAL REPORT: THE FALL OF LEHMAN" TONIGHT, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH AT 8PM ET

One-Hour Special Anchored by CNBC's Dylan Ratigan and Melissa Lee Live from CNBC Global Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ

ENGLEWOOD, N.J., September 14, 2008-CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, will broadcast special live programming, "CNBC Special Report: The Fall of Lehman," anchored by CNBC's Dylan Ratigan and Melissa Lee live from CNBC global headquarters, tonight, Sunday, September 14th at 8PM ET.

CNBC anchors, reporters and experts will give viewers the latest developments on Lehman Brothers and what a deal would mean for Wall Street, the markets and your money?

CNBC's Scott Cohn and Mike Huckman will also report live from Texas with an update on the Gulf Coast and the state of Texas to see how the residents, the energy infrastructure and the nation's 4th largest city Houston are coping after Hurricane Ike.

CNBC will also broadcast a special edition of "Squawk Box," co-anchored by Joe Kernen and Carl Quintanilla, on Monday, September 15th beginning at 5AM ET.

Dylan Ratigan is the anchor and co-creator of CNBC's "Fast Money" (5PM-6PM ET). Ratigan also co-anchors "The Call" (11AM-12PM ET) and "Closing Bell" (3PM-4PM ET). Melissa Lee is a CNBC reporter and anchor.
