CNBC Europe, the leading pan-European business and financial news channel, is lead sponsor of the International Advertising Association’s (IAA) Summer Ball 2008, taking place at the Hurlingham Club in London on 17 July 2008.
The IAA’s annual Summer Ball is a key event for the international advertising community. 700 senior agency, in-house and media advertising executives from around the world will enjoy a Billionaires’ themed evening at this year’s event. The theme was chosen to reflect CNBC Europe’s affluent and influential audience, which consists primarily of C-suite executives.
CNBC Europe will have prominent branding at the Summer Ball, including a special ‘Closing Bell’ themed bar resembling a trading floor, with bartenders wearing traditional trading jackets and LED tickers running across the bar. There will also be a casino where guests use CNBC ‘dollars’ to win luxury prizes and footage of CNBC Europe will also be shown on plasma screens throughout the evening.
