The next episode of CNBC's 5-part primetime global series, "Collaboration Now," (episode 2) airs Sunday, October 19th at 8PM & 1AM ET on CNBC.

In this episode entitled, "Human Resources," the series probes leadership and management principles that help facilitate productive collaborations in the global landscape. Through examining leadership in a new collaborative culture, effective team building, profiting from global work sharing and bridging the great collaboration divide between the generations, organizations will learn how to make the most of their human capital.

Collaboration is a top priority on every organizational agenda, but does your collaboration have the ingredients it needs to succeed? CNBC's "COLLABORATION NOW" hosted by CNBC's Donny Deutsch and presented in association with BT, will help all organizations navigate the new waves of collaboration to help them recognize and implement effective collaborative strategies. In this five hour series, CNBC brings together the finest minds creating an open forum discussion on collaboration; CNBC offers a clear action plan for getting successful collaborations off the ground, determining roles and evaluating their results. In addition, Donny Deutsch and his team will unlock the secrets of effective collaboration by studying successful case studies, thus helping organizations meet the ever-rising demands and expectations of the global marketplace. "COLLABORATION NOW" will air on five consecutive Sundays beginning October 12th through November 9th. The program will air at 8PM and re-air at 1AM.
