TO INTERVIEW REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE SEN. JOHN MCCAIN AND VICE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE SARAH PALIN LIVE IN A CNBC EXCLUSIVE ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., October 27, 2008---With one week to go until Election Day '08, Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain and vice presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin will be interviewed live by CNBC's Maria Bartiromo for an exclusive joint interview on CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, on Tuesday, October 28. The interview will take place in Hershey, Pa. as the candidates campaign in one of the battleground states.
The candidates will be interviewed live in the 9:30 AM ET half-hour during CNBC's "Squawk On The Street." Portions of the full interview will be seen throughout CNBC's Business Day programming (5 AM-7 PM ET), including a longer portion on "Closing Bell" (3-5 PM ET). In addition, portions will be seen during CNBC's primetime special "Wall Street Crisis" (7-9 PM ET).
This is the second time Bartiromo has interviewed Gov. Palin. The two spoke about the Alaska Governor's energy policy for the highly-rated CNBC original primetime documentary "The Hunt for Black Gold" in an interview conducted just four days before Palin was tapped as McCain's running mate.
