Fast & Furious Trades For Thursday

Following are the “Fast & Furious” trades - hot ways to play tomorrow's market moving events.

BIG BOX EARNINGS: Retailer Wal-Mart reports earnings before the bell, 10% EPS growth is expected.

They’re the best dog in a really bad breed, says Jeff Macke. I don’t expect great numbers but I’m long the stock.

HEDGE FUNDS ON THE HILL: Henry Waxman's House Oversight Committee turns its attentions to the hedge funds. Scheduled witnesses include: John Paulson, George Soros, Ken Griffen, Philip Falcone, and James Simons.

Those are a lot of hedge fund stars, says Karen Finerman. But I don’t know what they expect to hear.

SLICK DECLINE: Oil inventories will be released tomorrow as oil continues its slide now trading below $60 a barrel.

I don’t think the current price of oil is about inventories as much as it's about the dollar, counsels Tim Seymour.

CISCO MEETING:Cisco holds its annual shareholders meeting in Santa Clara, California at 1:00 PM.

I’m eager to hear what their strategies are going to be going forward, says Pete Najarian.

NERD POWER: Tonight marks the nationwide release of the newest version of the World Of Warcraft Game. Analysts expect the game to generate over $100M in revenue in its first 24 hours.
