College Bowl Games Feeling Economic Pinch—So Far

We're through with the first five college bowl games and I think it's worth mentioning that bowl game attendance is down considerably so far. It's not exactly an apples-to-apples comparison, but it's still worth noting.

For the first time in at least five years, we're below the 30,000 attendance mark for the first five games. Something tells me we're not going to be talking too much about 6-6 teams next year playing in college football's postseason.
