Ask The Experts: Can I Set Up My Own 401(k)?

Q. If my employer offers only a regular 401(k) and doesnt offer a Roth 401(k), is there a way to set up on my own? I am already maxed out on my regular 401(k), Roth IRA for myself and spouse and Education IRAs and I have an emergency fund. -Sam
