It seems that biotech has missed out on the market’s recent rally, the broad S%P is about 35 higher since the March lows while biotech as a sector is up a measly 9%.
Will capital now rotate into this sector?
Joe Terranova thinks it will because asset managers will discover they can get a bigger bang for their buck in this space.

“I think you can play it with Genzyme or if you want to spread out your risk, look at the XBI ,” he tells the desk.
