With the market hovering around a 7-month high, how can you hedge yourself against the next leg down?
According to Wayne Weddington of Pennoyer International Funds the current environment is just screaming for pairs trades.
Considering nobody knows if a correction is right around the corner, Weddington says if you’re going to initiate a long position look at consumer stocks and short the S&P against it.
Specifically, he suggests the following:
