Chartology: S&P At 1,000

With the S&P over 1,000 for the first time since November, it seemed like a good time consult the charts with Oppenheimer chief market technician Carter Worth.

He told us that to understand where stocks are heading it was important to understand where they have been.

And looking at history it seems patterns suggest the bear market is clearly over. But does that mean a new bull market has begun? Not necessarily.
