ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. - August 13, 2009 - According to the latest comScore Media Metrix data, CNBC.com scored its 20th straight month of year-over-year growth in uniques. The online destination for global business news and expert analysis experienced a 14% increase in unique visitors and an 81% increase in page views as its highly- engaged, affluent audience continues to expand.

-CNBC.com is the #1 stand alone financial news website by total page views**.

-CNBC.com is #1 in time spent per visit, with users spending an average of 28.4 minutes per visit, the most in the Business/Finance - News/Research category. This is a 214% increase in time spent per visit for the site when compared to the same time period last year.

-CNBC.com is #1 in time spent per visitor, with users spending an average of more than 2 hours (120.2 minutes per visit) on the site last month, the most in its category. This is a 267% increase for the site when compared to the same time period as last year and 172% more than the average visitor spent on the site's nearest competitor.

-CNBC.com's "Earnings Central" section was a key driver of growth on the site in July, according to Omniture.
