Pops & Drops: Take-Two, UPS..

Following are the day’s biggest winners and losers. Find out why shares of Take Two and UPS popped while the Nat Gas ETF and Disney dropped.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Take-Two (TTWO) popped 3%. The video game maker surged on speculation the company could be a takeover target. - Option action suggests something, says Pete Najarian.

UPS (UPS) popped 4%. After upping its guidance last week investors are bullish as a bet on economic recovery. - At these levels I'm not a buyer, says Guy Adami.

Solarfun (SOLF) popped 4%. The company won three new contracts. - I've spotted a lot of upside call buying, adds Pete Najarian.

Time Warner Cable (TWC) popped 2%. A favorable Barron’s article said shares could rally 30% this year on earnings improvement.

KB Home (KBH) popped 3%. Rival Lennar beat on fourth quarter earnings.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

US Nat Gas Fund (UNG) dropped 4%. This ETF, which tracks the spot price of nat gas, moved in tandem with the commodity and that was lower. - I think nat gas prices are heading higher, speculates Tim Seymour.

Disney (DIS) dropped 2%. Janney cut shares to 'neutral' from 'buy' citing valuation after the stock's recent run. - It hasn't broken below $29.22 since March, says Joe Terranova. Until it breaks that level, I'd stay long.

Superbowl Ad Prices. For only the second time in Super Bowl history, prices for the highly coveted ad spots have dropped from last year. TNS intelligence reports 30 second commercials for the Super Bowl, to be broadcast on CBS are going between $2.5 million and $2.8 million – that’s a significant drop from last year’s $3 million average.

Fomento Economico Mexicano (FMX) dropped 14%. The Mexico-based beverage company agreed to sell its beer unit to Heineken in exchange for a 20% stake in the company. - I think the stock could go lower, says Tim Seymour.
