A live special, "President Obama: 1 Year Later" will air today, Wednesday, January 27th at 8PM ET.

The State of the Union follows the special at 9PM ET.

8PM ET - CNBC's "President Obama: 1 Year Later," is anchored by John Harwood and Carl Quintanillalive from Washington, D.C. and will look at the President's first year in office - his successes and failures. Other topics include the economy, the budget, jobs, healthcare, manufacturing and housing. Plus, a preview of his first State of the Union address.

9:00-10:30PM ET - State of the Union

Following the State of the Union, John Harwood and Carl Quintanilla will cover the speech and reaction.
