Will Euro Rally On Details Of Greece Bailout?

Traders are closely watching the action in the euro after the EU said on Monday it was ready to propose a framework that could be used to aid Greece.

Ministers were expected to discuss the possibility of providing loan guarantees or bilateral loans to help Athens finance its debts if needed at a meeting this week.

"We will also discuss how to safeguard financial stability in the euro area as a whole," European Monetary Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn said.

The 16 countries that use the euro have struggled with sharp declines in that currency after debt and deficit problems exploded in Greece three months ago.

Germany, Europe's biggest economy, has been reluctant to bail out Greece, saying the country's priority must be to get its own finances in order and make deep structural adjustments to rein in spending.

I think the euro gets weaker from here, explains Tim Seymour. But that makes my trade long Siemens, Syngenta and Daimler because they should all benefit from a weak euro.
