MADRID, May 10 (Reuters) - The Bank of Spain said on Monday it had no comment on market speculation that eurozone central banks had started buying government bonds. The European Central Bank said over the weekend it would start buying government bonds as part of a plan to resolve the euro zone debt crisis.
