Gallatin joins Brand.net after five years at Yahoo!, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance, following eight years in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Among his other Yahoo! responsibilities, Gallatin led the analysis and structuring of revenue partnerships totaling over $3 Billion, and M&A analysis for acquisitions including Blue Lithium. At Brand.net, Gallatin will lead the finance, accounting, human resources and legal functions.
