NEW YORK, May 10, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Jefferies announced today the appointment of Paul Viviano as Head of US Event Driven Sales within the firm's broader Equities Group. In his new role, Mr. Viviano will be responsible for directing the sales of US equities involved in mergers and acquisitions, distressed and other special situations related to corporate transactions and restructurings.
