ROME, May 10 (Reuters) - Argentina received acceptances for its bond swap worth $28.2 million as of May 7, it said in a filing with Italy's security regulator Consob, equivalent to a tiny fraction of the $18.3 billion cash and bond offer. Argentina launched the deal on May 3 and institutional investors face a May 12 deadline for tendering their bonds, while retail investors have until June 7. The Argentine government has said it expects a large majority of investors still holding debt from its $100 billion 2002 default -- and who rejected a 2005 restructuring -- to take part in the offer.
