DALLAS, May 10, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- TM Advertising today announced that Becca Weigman is joining the company as President, Managing Partner, effective May 10, 2010. In this new position, she will lead a team of Managing Partners comprised of Dave Weaver, Chief Strategic Officer; Bill Oakley, Chief Creative Officer; and Byron Nelson, Chief Operating Officer. Weigman comes to TM from RAPP where she was U.S. Chief Marketing Officer.
In her CMO post at RAPP, Weigman's responsibilities included developing the company's strategic growth and leading initiatives to accelerate innovation for clients through creative solutions inspired by data-driven insight. At TM she will bring her business solutions experience to all of the agency's clients and play a pivotal role in further developing TM's growth and brand.

Previously, from 2001-2006, she was with Trahan Burden Charles, where she served as Executive VP, Strategic Planning & New Business, overseeing the multi-channel solution development across the company's client roster.
